Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g meat sausage (vegan substitute)
- 200 g mayonnaise, vegan
- 4 small gherkins
- 2 tbsp cucumber water (depending on how liquid you want the meat salad to be)
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) Kala Namak (Caution: not too much, you don’t want it to become egg salad)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Meat salad
Cut the sausage substitute into small pieces and place it in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and the cucumber juice. Mix everything well and season with salt, pepper, and kala namak.
