The perfect vegan: potatoes – carrots – parsley – mash as accompaniment to easter menu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 7 medium sized Potatoes
- 6 medium sized Carrots
- 1 ostrich Parsely
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Ground pepper
- Peel, wash and cut the carrots and potatoes into large pieces.
- Now pour the vegetable stock over it and a little water over it. Bring everything to a boil and simmer gently, then mash everything together with the parsley.
- The potato – carrot – parsley mash was an accompaniment to an Easter dish.
