  • 7 medium sized Potatoes
  • 6 medium sized Carrots
  • 1 ostrich Parsely
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Ground pepper
  1. Peel, wash and cut the carrots and potatoes into large pieces.
  2. Now pour the vegetable stock over it and a little water over it. Bring everything to a boil and simmer gently, then mash everything together with the parsley.
