Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 240 ml soy milk (soy drink) or rice or oat drink
  • 240 ml mineral water
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil, or similar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp applesauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients until you have a lump-free batter. If the batter is too thick, you can add more soy milk or sparkling water. Then, fry the pancakes in a greased pan. If desired, top with apple slices.
