Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 240 ml soy milk (soy drink) or rice or oat drink
- 240 ml mineral water
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil, or similar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 5 tbsp applesauce
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix all ingredients until you have a lump-free batter. If the batter is too thick, you can add more soy milk or sparkling water. Then, fry the pancakes in a greased pan. If desired, top with apple slices.
