- 150 g cashew nuts, natural
- 25 g yeast flakes
- ¾ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic salt

without breadcrumbs, makes approx. 180 g
Simply grind all ingredients in a blender until finely ground. The vegan Parmesan will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks. This recipe makes about 180 grams.
