Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
- 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 20 ml pumpkin seed oil
- 20 ml apple balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix all ingredients together vigorously in a bowl. I like to use it for mixed leaf salads, and it lasts for several days.
