Vegan pumpkin seed oil dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative)
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 20 ml pumpkin seed oil
  • 20 ml apple balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together vigorously in a bowl. I like to use it for mixed leaf salads, and it lasts for several days.
