  • 6 tbsp soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), natural
  • 2 tbsp oil, neutral
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 pinch of garam masala
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

similar to a honey-mustard dressing

Combine all ingredients in a tall bowl and whisk until creamy. This dressing pairs well with any salad and also tastes great with pineapple, kidney beans, or apple slices. It’s also delicious as a dip for flatbread.
