Ingredients for 2 servings:
- ¼ liter red wine, dry
- 250 g sugar
- 1 tsp, heaped clove(s), whole
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
very easy to make
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Then let it steep for about 2 hours. Finally, strain and transfer to another container. Tip: For summer days, I keep the liqueur in the refrigerator and enjoy it cold.
