Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g pickled gherkins
  • 100 ml cucumber water
  • 1 shot of oil
  • e.g. garlic powder or fresh garlic squeezed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and puree with a hand blender. Add more cucumber or cucumber juice to taste and achieve the desired consistency. Season to taste.
