Vegan salad with avocado and pak choi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 lettuce heart(s)
  • ½ pak choi
  • ½ pointed pepper
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, vegan
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tbsp, sautéed chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce thoroughly and chop it into small pieces. Chop the bell peppers and cherry tomatoes as well. Peel the avocado and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Mix everything together and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil. Serve and sprinkle with chia seeds to finish.
