Vegan spread with zucchini and tofu

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • 2 handfuls of mixed nuts
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 250g tofu
  • 1 dash of olive oil, sesame oil etc.
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 pinch(s) of oregano

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Roughly chop the zucchini and onion and bake in aluminum foil or a Roman pot for about 1 hour. Toast the nuts for the last 10 minutes. Then remove everything and place it in a food processor. Add the tofu, spices, and salt, and blend everything thoroughly. This will serve one or two people for several days.
