Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g silken tofu
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

A great dessert and alternative to quark

First, simmer the strawberries for 10 minutes. Stir in the sugar. Puree the silken tofu and stir in the strawberries.
