Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 medium-sized bell peppers
  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 250 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • Herbs, Italian
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Quick and easy

First, chop the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion, then fry the onions and ground beef until browned and crumbly. Add the bell peppers and zucchini and season. Drain the kidney beans and add them. Add the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste, and season again with seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes and serve.
