Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 200 g sour cream or sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 dashes pumpkin seed oil
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the cucumber, finely grate it, and season with sea salt. Mix thoroughly and let it sit in the refrigerator for 25 minutes. Squeeze the lemon, add a pinch of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt, and mix well. Then mix with the sour cream. If sour cream or sour cream is too rich for you, you can substitute natural yogurt. Season the cucumber with pepper, drizzle with a splash of pumpkin seed oil, and add the sour cream mixture. Mix everything thoroughly.
