Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 g quark
  • 7 tbsp milk
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 300 g carrot(s)
  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Knead the dough ingredients, roll out, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Clean the vegetables and cook them in a little salted water, then drain. Dice the cooked ham. Spread the vegetables and ham on the dough. Mix the sour cream, eggs, and cheese, season with salt and pepper, and spread over the vegetables. Bake at 200°C for 30-35 minutes.
