Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 230 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 80 g butter, melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 100 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100 g chocolate, white, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and chocolate pieces in a bowl. Whisk eggs. In a second bowl, combine eggs, sour cream, and melted butter (a whisk works great). Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and mix everything into a batter (just mix well with a spoon). Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (electric oven).
