  • Spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

for nutrition-conscious people

Peel and chop the potatoes, and place them in a pot of boiling water. In the meantime, cook the Brussels sprouts and the Kaisergemüse. When the potatoes are done, mash them with a potato masher. Add a little water as needed and seasonings of your choice. Chop the vegetables just as well and mix with the mashed potatoes. Form the mixture into dumplings. Depending on the size, you will make up to 8 dumplings. Bake the formed dumplings in the oven for 25 minutes at 225°C (top/bottom heat). They will then have a nice but not too hard crust on the outside and still have the consistency of mashed potatoes. Serve with fish, rice, etc. The calorie information refers to the total amount.
