Vegetable – Goat Cream Cheese Quiche

The perfect vegetable – goat cream cheese quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

The vegetable :

  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Pc. Onion
  • 300 g Carrot yellow
  • 300 g Beans green fresh
  • 120 g Kohlrabi fresh
  • 130 g Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp Seasonal herbs mix
  • 1 Pc Chilli pepper

The casting

  • 150 g Goat cream cheese various
  • 2,5 dl Cream 10% fat
  • 2,5 dl Milk
  • 60 g Finely grated mountain cheese
  • Salt-Pepper-Nutmeg

  • 1 Pc Quiche pan
  • 1 Pc Butter
  • 1 Pc Flour
  • 270 g Cake batter
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs fine

Preparations:

To bake :

  1. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for approx. 45 – 55 minutes. Take out and let rest for 10-15 minutes, then cut.
