Spaghetti with ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g cooked ham, sliced
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water as usual. Peel the onion and chop into small pieces. Peel and halve the garlic. Cut the ham into small pieces. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until translucent, add the ham and fry briefly. Pour in the cream, add a little water, and let it reduce. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and a little paprika. Toss the spaghetti with the cream and serve.
