Vegetable Mince Bake
The perfect vegetable mince bake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Minced meat
- 750 g Ground beef
- 2 piece Fresh onion
- 1 Red Paprika
- 1 yellow Paprika
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 2 toes Garlic fresh
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
To mix pasta
- 750 g Pasta penne
to be gratinated
- 2 Pc. Mozzarella
Minced meat
- Fry the minced meat well.
- Peel and chop the onions. Wash and peel the vegetables.
- When the mince is well done, add the onions and then the vegetables.
- Peel and chop the garlic and add it to the mince.
- Grease a baking dish well.
- When the minced vegetables are ready, the vegetables should still be firm to the bite. Mix everything with creme fraiche and place in the baking dish.
Pasta
- Cook the noodles in boiling salted water more than al dente, they must still be a little firm. Since they still have to go into the oven and are still going to pull through a little, mix the pasta with the minced meat.
Mozzarella
- Cut the mozzarella into slices and place on the casserole with the grated mozzarella.
- Preheat the oven to 180C fan oven. Bake the casserole on the middle rack for about 30 minutes, depending on the oven.
