Dessert: Citrus Fruit Dessert

  • 500 g Low fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Agave syrup
  • 3 leaf Gelatin white
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • 1 piece Orange / orange
  • 1 piece Fresh tangerine
  • 1 piece Grapefruit fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Agave syrup
  • 4 leaf Gelatin white
  • 6 drops Green food color
  1. Peel the fruits so that the skin is also cut away. Cut out the fillets while collecting the juice. Save three wedges from each fruit and cut the rest into pieces.
  2. Soak the four sheets of gelatine in a little cold water and let them swell. Heat the orange juice with the scratched vanilla pod and dissolve the gelatine in it. Let cool a little and then add the fruit wedges and agave syrup. Remove the vanilla pod and as soon as the mixture starts to gel, divide it into three dessert bowls.
  3. Mix the excess orange juice with a few drops of green food coloring and fill it in a suitable container that has been lined with aluminum foil, which is coated with oil. Place in the refrigerator to gel.
  4. Now soak the three sheets of gelatine in cold water, allow to swell and squeeze out.
  5. Mix the yoghurt with the captured juice from the filleting and the agave syrup. Dissolve the gelatine over low heat, mix it with two tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture and then stir into the rest of the yoghurt.
  6. Spread the yoghurt cream on the fruits, cut leaves from the green orange juice jelly and garnish the dessert with these and the remaining fruit wedges.
