Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 package of vegetables (butter)
- 1 pack of pasta or gnocchi
- 1 cup of cream
- 150 ml vegetable stock
- 1 sprig lovage
- some garlic
- 1 shot of white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta until half cooked. Sauté the vegetables in a pan and add the cream and broth. Simmer until thickened. Then add the pasta and let it simmer for about 4 minutes, or until tender. Add a little more pasta water and wine if needed. Season to taste and sprinkle the lovage on top.
