Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 8 small bratwursts (Nuremberg bratwursts)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 ml broth
  • 300 g pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Trim and slice the vegetables. Cut the sausages into small pieces. Heat a pan with olive oil and sauté the mushrooms and sausages. Add the zucchini and eggplant. Heat the broth and then add the beaten egg. Season the broth and then add it to the pan. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add the spices and cook for about 5 minutes. Mix the pasta with everything else and serve on warmed plates.
