Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 baguette(s) or ciabatta
- 1 tbsp Parmesan, heaped
- 1 tbsp Cheddar cheese, heaped
- 1 tbsp Emmental cheese, 1 tbsp heaped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp spring onion(s), finely chopped
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, more if needed
- Salt
Instructions

Garlic bread. Addictive! Great for grilling or pasta dishes.
Preheat oven to 225°C (top/bottom heat). Mix the cheeses (grate finer if they’re large) and stir in the parsley, spring onions, and a pinch of salt. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the garlic over low heat. Cut the bread in half lengthwise and crosswise and brush the pieces generously with the garlic butter, then sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Place each slice individually on a baking sheet and bake in the oven until the edges are light brown and the cheese is melted.
