Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some parsley
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cook them whole for about 20 minutes. Peel the carrots. Drain the potatoes and grate them along with the carrots using a coarse grater. Chop the onion as well. Combine all ingredients and mix. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and form the vegetable mixture into discs. Ideally, the listed ingredients will make 8 discs. Fry on both sides until the edges are browned. Applesauce goes perfectly with this dish.
