Vegetable Sauce with Minced Meat

The perfect vegetable sauce with minced meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 head Fresh broccoli
  • 1 Pc. Parika yellow
  • 1 Pc. Red peppers
  • 4 Pc. Small carrot
  • 4 Pc. Tomatoes
  • 3 Pc. Red onion
  • 2 pcs Garlic cloves
  • 500 g Ground beef
  • Water
  • Spices to taste
  1. All vegetables are chopped up in advance.
  2. Then fry the minced meat – then add onions and garlic and fry briefly, then add everything except broccoli. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Then simmer the broccoli for another 10 minutes. At the very end, briefly bring the Cremefine to the boil – READY – BON APPETITE
