Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g vegetables (buttered vegetables, frozen)
- some breadcrumbs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Spice(s) of your choice
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
very simple and delicious
Thaw the buttered vegetables and puree them with a hand blender. Then season to taste. I use salt, pepper, and mixed herbs. Add the breadcrumbs and mix until you get a nice, pliable consistency. Form the mixture into “schnitzels” of the desired size. Place them in a hot pan with oil and fry.
