  • 8 White asparagus
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • -Selbstgemacht h.i.Kb.
  • 1 can Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp Nutmeg a.d.M

Instructions

  • Peel the asparagus with the peeler, wash and cut into pieces. Pour the vegetable stock on top and fill up with the coconut milk.
  • Bring the whole thing to a simmer, season with salt & pepper, if at all necessary, then thicken a little with the coconut flour and round off with the nutmeg zest.
  • Tastes good with pan-fried food, e.g. meatballs, schnitzel of any kind, but also with fish 😉
