Ingredients
- 8 White asparagus
- 2 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
- -Selbstgemacht h.i.Kb.
- 1 can Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 tbsp Nutmeg a.d.M
Instructions
- Peel the asparagus with the peeler, wash and cut into pieces. Pour the vegetable stock on top and fill up with the coconut milk.
- Bring the whole thing to a simmer, season with salt & pepper, if at all necessary, then thicken a little with the coconut flour and round off with the nutmeg zest.
- Tastes good with pan-fried food, e.g. meatballs, schnitzel of any kind, but also with fish 😉
