Vegetable Side Dish: White Asparagus with Coconut Milk

The perfect vegetable side dish: white asparagus with coconut milk recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Poles White asparagus
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable broth powder
  • -Selbstgemacht h.i.Kb.
  • 1 Can Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp Nutmeg a.d.M
  1. Peel the asparagus with the peeler, wash and cut into pieces. Pour the vegetable stock on top and fill up with the coconut milk.
  2. Bring the whole thing to a simmer, season with salt & pepper, if at all necessary, then thicken a little with the coconut flour and round off with the nutmeg zest.
  3. Tastes good with pan-fried food, e.g. meatballs, schnitzel of any kind, but also with fish 😉
