Ingredients
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Big peppers
- 1 Medium zucchini
- 1,5 Onions
- Paprika powder, curry powder, pepper, garlic powder, salt
- 12 Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Mix the meat with the spices and roll into balls the size of a table tennis ball - set aside
- Cut the bell peppers and onions into pieces. Peel the zucchini and cut into slices.
- Place the wooden skewers alternately
