Fish and Vegetable Skewers
The perfect fish and vegetable skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Paprika
- 100 g Salmon fillet
- 200 g Cod fillet
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- Clean, sour and salt both fish fillets. Wash and halve the tomatoes, rinse and clean the zucchini. Halve lengthways and cut into slices. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into cubes. Peel and squeeze the garlic and mix with the oil. Cut the fish into bite-sized pieces. Tomatoes, zucchini, peppers, alternately pull the fish cubes onto skewers and season.
- Brush the skewers with the garlic oil and fry in a non-stick pan for about 5 minutes, turning. Sprinkle with chives and serve.
