Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g onion(s), diced
- 1 stalk(s) leek, cut into rings
- 200 g carrot(s), diced
- 400 g potatoes, diced
- margarine
- 1 liter broth (instant)
- Salt
- pepper
- 100 g cream
- 200 g sausages (cocktail sausages or boiled sausages)
- 1 bunch of chives
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Sauté the diced onion, leek rings, carrots, and potato cubes in hot fat. Add the broth and season with salt and pepper. Simmer the vegetables for 15 minutes. Puree half of the soup. Add to the vegetables, pour in the cream, and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the sausages in the soup. Sprinkle the soup with chives.
