Vegetable spaghetti with ham

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 125 g ham, raw, diced
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small can of beans (princess beans)
  • salt and pepper
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse under cold water, and allow to drain. Make a cross-shaped cut in the tomatoes at the stem and briefly place them in boiling water. Remove, rinse under cold water, and peel off the skin. Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain the green beans. Add a little oil to a pan and fry the ham. Add the tomatoes and beans and season with salt and pepper. Once the vegetables are heated through, add the spaghetti and mix well. Tip: This vegetable spaghetti can be varied with any other vegetables.
