Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of soup vegetables (frozen)
- 500 g Bratwurst, raw coarse
- 1 liter vegetable broth or meat broth
- 100 g noodles (soup noodles)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Heat the broth, made from granulated stock, and add the soup vegetables. After 5 minutes of cooking, press the fresh bratwurst (it should be well-seasoned) into small dumplings, straight from the skin, into the broth. Add the soup noodles and cook for another 10 minutes. Brown bread tastes best with this. It’s easy and super quick to make, and truly delicious if it’s good bratwurst.
