Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 125 g water
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fruit vinegar
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 10 g garlic
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 150 g diced ham
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 100 g frozen kale
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Grease a springform pan and preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Knead the flour, water, butter, salt, and vinegar into a dough and roll it out in the springform pan. Raise the edges slightly and refrigerate briefly. Peel and dice the carrots, onions, and garlic. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the carrots, onions, garlic, and kale. Add the diced ham. Let cool slightly. Mix the eggs and sour cream with salt, pepper, nutmeg, or curry powder. Spread the vegetables on the dough. Pour the egg mixture over the tart and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the tart in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 degrees Celsius and 15 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
