Vegetable – Tofu – Ragout
The perfect vegetable – tofu – ragout recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 size Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Mild coconut fat
- 150 g Diced smoked tofu
- 10 small Brown mushrooms
- 1 Red Diced paprika
- 1 small Diced zucchini
- 150 ml Vegan cream
- 1 Eßl Vegetable salt *
- 1 Eßl Pepper from the mill
- 1 Eßl Sprigs of fresh parsley
Preparations …
- Peel the onion and dice it – brush the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces – wash the peppers, halve, quarter and dice them – wash the zucchini and dice them – cut the smoked tofu and put everything in place

- Sauté the onions in the coca oil, add the diced tofu and let everything stew a little.
- Add the diced peppers, the diced zucchini and sliced mushrooms, let everything stew for a few minutes, season with the vegetable salt and stir in the vegan cream.
- Let everything simmer again briefly and round off with a little freshly ground pepper.

Recommended side dishes
- We cooked diced potatoes in vegetable broth (unfortunately the potatoes were very floury) and served with a fresh diced cucumber salad.
