Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 half bell pepper(s)
- 3 small tomatoes
- 1 half onion(s)
- 100g mozzarella
- 300 g fish or meat
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some oil
- Spice mix (seasoning salt)
- oregano
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Low carb meal with 9 g carbohydrates
Place the fish in a baking dish with a little oil. Finely chop the peppers and garlic. Peel and finely chop the tomatoes, and chop the onions. Spread everything over the fish and season with salt and oregano. Slice the mozzarella as thinly as possible and cover everything with it. Place in the oven and bake at 200°C for 35 minutes. Variations are possible with other vegetables or even meat. The whole dish contains approximately 9 g of carbohydrates.
