  • 500 g Low fat quark
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 1 size Onion
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 1 tbsp Oat milk

For the gruk salad

  • 2 piece Cucumbers
  • 1 tbsp My vegetable broth *
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil to taste
  • Pepper from the mill
  • 1 middle Onion in rings

Instructions
 

  • Put the potatoes in water and cook.
