Jacket Potatoes Fried Herring and Cucumber Salad

The perfect jacket potatoes fried herring and cucumber salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Potatoes
  • 1 Pc Cucumber
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Homemade dried vegetable broth
  • Herbs
  • 3 tbsp Apricot oil
  • 4 small Fried herring from the fish shop

Potatoes

  1. I like to cook potatoes a little more, so I can eat them for 1-2 days 🙂 So potatoes in salted water, I like to add a little caraway, to cook. Peel and place on the table to serve.

cucumber salad

  1. Peel the cucumber and slice it into thin slices, add salt and pepper, I like to use homemade, dried vegetable broth, Peel the onion and slice it into thin slices, add the apricot oil, mix everything well and let it steep. Wash the herbs, I had dill and parsley here, chop them up and add them to the cucumber slices.

Serving

  1. Arrange the potatoes, the cucumber salad and the fried herring (only one here) on the plate and enjoy your meal
