Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Penne cooked
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Oil
  • 1 Onion

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onion and fry it in a pan, then add the noodles and fry them, then remove the noodles.
  • Beat the eggs in a cup, salt and pepper. Let the pan get hot, add some oil and tip the egg into the pan and distribute it well.
  • Let it harden a little, then put the fried noodles in the middle of the egg ....... let the egg turn light brown, then take the pan and let the farmer's breakfast slide upside down on a plate.
