Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 20 g yeast
- 500 g flour
- Salt
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 375 ml water
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 2 onions
- 3 beefsteak tomatoes
- 1 leek(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Crumble the yeast and dissolve in 4 tablespoons of warm water. Knead with flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of oil, and 375 ml of water. Cover and let rest for about 30 minutes. Wash and slice the bell pepper. Slice the onions into rings. Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and dice them. Wash and slice the leek. Finely chop the garlic. Rinse the parsley, spin dry, and chop it. Knead the dough again and roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Season generously with salt and pepper, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of oil, and top with the vegetables, garlic, capers, and olives. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of oil and bake at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
