Ingredients
- 1 Pc. Lettuce
- 350 g Strawberries
- 250 g Mini buffalo mozzarella balls
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Powdered sugar
- 1 tsp Green pepper
- 15 Pc. Basil leaves
Instructions
- Clean the strawberries, put half of them with a little salt and black pepper, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of water in a tall container and blend finely with the blender. Season to taste with powdered sugar.
- Chop the green pepper and drizzle with the strawberry vinaigrette. Drain the mozzarella balls and spread them on the salad together with the remaining strawberries. Sprinkle with the green pepper and a little basil, drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and serve.
