Ingredients
- 80 g Goji berries
- 500 g Pumpkin
- 125 g Flour
- 2 Eggs
- Salt
- Sugar
- Cinammon
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Soak the goji berries in water for an hour and drain. Cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook in 500 ml of water with a little salt. Pouring off.
- Let the pumpkin puree cool then add the eggs, flour and finally the berries. Mix everything together and season with sugar and salt.
- Let a pan with oil get hot, then cut off some of the dough with a tablespoon and flatten a little in the pan. Then fry and drain on kitchen paper. Serve with sugar or cinnamon sugar. Depending on your taste.
