Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 large eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- some sunflower oil
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Crack the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add the breadcrumbs to form a batter that’s not too dry. Heat a little sunflower oil in a small pan and cook two vegetarian schnitzel pancakes.
