Vegetarian: Spanish Vegetable Stew
The perfect vegetarian: spanish vegetable stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
The basic vegetable:
- 0,25 small head White cabbage, cut into strips
- 1 medium size Potato, washed, peeled and cut into fine strips
- 1 medium sized Carrot, washed, peeled and cut into fine strips
- 0,5 medium sized Zucchini, washed and cut into fine strips
- 0,5 Yellow peppers, diced
- 2 Spring onions cut into rings
The basic ingredients / spices:
- 0,25 L Water
- 1 pack Sieved tomatos
- 1 El Sambal Oelek
- Tomato paste
- Clear delicacy broth
- Orange pepper
- Lemon pepper
- Pimenton de la vera, hot
- Heat the water and the tomatoes. Then add the prepared vegetables and cook. Season everything spicy and serve. Sufficient for me exactly for 3 days. 3 purely alkaline meals. I let gastric acid production rest for 3 days. Tastes really great! Is fat-free and has hardly any calories! Have fun with my basic single kitchen!
