Vegetarian: Strawberry Dumplings with Linseed Oil Cream

The perfect vegetarian: strawberry dumplings with linseed oil cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cooked potato
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 Strawberries
  • 60 g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs

Cream:

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Linseed oil
  1. For the dumplings, put the potatoes in a press then add the flour, egg and some salt, then form small dumplings out of them and put them in boiling salted water, let them rise for another 10 minutes.
  2. Put the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs and sweat everything light brown then turn the finished dumplings in it.
  3. Mix everything together with the cream and season to taste.
