Vegetarian: Strawberry Dumplings with Linseed Oil Cream

- 200 g Cooked potato
- 100 g Flour
- 1 Egg
- 8 Strawberries
- 60 g Butter
- 3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
Cream:
- 200 g Sour cream
- 150 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Linseed oil
- For the dumplings, put the potatoes in a press then add the flour, egg and some salt, then form small dumplings out of them and put them in boiling salted water, let them rise for another 10 minutes.
- Put the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs and sweat everything light brown then turn the finished dumplings in it.
- Mix everything together with the cream and season to taste.
