Vegetarian: Tagliatelle in Flower-cream Sauce

- 250 g Tagliatelle
- 1 hand Pine nuts
- 5 Tomatoes dried in oil
- 200 ml Vegetable stock
- 200 ml Cream
- 125 ml White wine
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 hand Flower mix
- Salt and pepper
- 1 pinch Rosemary
- Roast the pine nuts, chop the tomatoes, put some of the oil in a saucepan and fry the tomatoes briefly, add the pine nuts and the wine and let it boil down briefly.
- Add the cream and the other ingredients and reduce briefly, season to taste.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and then mix with the sauce.
