Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 110 ml water
  • 150 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 3 onions
  • 2 spring onions
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • Flour , for the work surface

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

for 1 baking tray

Combine flour, salt, oil, and water in a bowl and knead with a dough hook until a smooth dough forms. Then let the dough rest for about 1/2 hour. In the meantime, season the sour cream with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Peel the onions and slice or grate them into thin rings. Slice the spring onions into 1/2 cm rings and dice the Gorgonzola evenly. Roll out the dough thinly with a rolling pin on a floured surface and place on a baking sheet. Spread the sour cream evenly. Then arrange the onion rings and then the spring onions on the tarte flambée and finally sprinkle with the Gorgonzola cubes. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes. Since this is a tarte flambée, you can choose a higher heat if you like. This will shorten the baking time accordingly.
