Vegetarian: Vegetable Burger

The perfect vegetarian: vegetable burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Vegetables cooked carrots, peas, corn
  • 100 g Cornflakes
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 cl Vegetable stock
  1. Mash the vegetables a little, crumble the corn flakes in a bag. Now mix the vegetables with the cornflakes, the stock and the eggs well. Chill for half an hour.
  2. Now shape the burger from it, press it down and fry it in a little hot oil until golden brown.
