Ingredients
- 200 g Vegetables cooked carrots, peas, corn
- 100 g Cornflakes
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- 6 cl Vegetable stock
Instructions
- Mash the vegetables a little, crumble the corn flakes in a bag. Now mix the vegetables with the cornflakes, the stock and the eggs well. Chill for half an hour.
- Now shape the burger from it, press it down and fry it in a little hot oil until golden brown.
