Veggie meatballs with oat flakes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g oat flakes, fine
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 pack of herbs, frozen 8-herb mixture
  • salt and pepper
  • Margarine, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel and finely chop the spring onions. Add them to a bowl with all the other ingredients and mix. Let stand for 20 minutes. Stir again and form meatballs. To do this, simply press a little dough between your palms (but do not squeeze it out). Fry on both sides in margarine.
