Ingredients for 4 servings:
- Rapeseed oil
- 450 g beans (green beans), frozen or fresh
- 1 large onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 cocktail tomatoes or mini vine tomatoes
- 3 tbsp mixed seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp turmeric
- some sea salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan and sauté the beans. In the meantime, roughly chop the onion and garlic. Halve or quarter the tomatoes. Add the onion to the beans and sauté. When you smell the sautéed onion, add the garlic. Sauté everything for about five minutes. Now, depending on your taste, you can add two to three tablespoons of turmeric and mix well. Continue sautéing, add a little sea salt, and then add the tomato pieces. Heat a little longer with the tomato pieces and finally sprinkle the seed mixture, or any other type of seeds, or simply sunflower seeds on top. My family and I ate homemade pasta with it. Rice or just some delicious bread would certainly work too.
