Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 200 g flour
- 750 g quark
- ¼ liter of milk
- 125 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Without cheesecake aid, for 12 pieces
Dough: Knead butter, sugar, egg, baking powder, and flour into a shortcrust pastry. Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with it. Topping: Bring the butter, milk, and sugar to a boil and let cool slightly. Combine the quark, vanilla sugar, pudding powder, and eggs. Stir in the butter, milk, and sugar mixture. Spread the mixture over the dough. Place in the oven. Caution: It’s runny! Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
